Just to let you know I came down hard with flu (the real kind!) on Wednesday afternoon and am only just starting to recover. Which means the promised first release of the 4.0 beta will be pushed back until Monday. The curse of a tiny team! It’s so frustrating – I’m ridiculously excited about getting 4.0 started, but all I can do is blankly stare at the computer, barely able to distinguish it from the table it sits upon 🙁
But onto good news… I intend to just do rapid rolling releases. So, Monday will just be one new feature, probably the new HAB, and then more to follow on Tuesday/Wednesday, and so on.
In the meantime, please continue to blog-comment/email about your reaction to the new designs (covered in the last 2 blog posts), and what you’d like to achieve with ActiveInbox. It’s really important to know we’re on the right path (the one that has the most uplifting impact on your email!) before I commence coding 🙂
Think of it this way – a new version number is a great excuse to think wild!
