Hi guys,

Just to let you know, a few hours ago we started getting our earliest reports that ActiveInbox isn’t loading today, and a quick diagnosis suggests that Gmail has changed.

It’s not yet affecting any of our accounts, so we’re not experiencing it first hand just yet.

With the help of a few people who’ve contacted support though, I hope we’ll have a fix by Monday (I’ll be working on it over the weekend).

    Thanks.  Saw it wasn’t loading and had just started my own troubleshooting. Do you know what the change to gmail is/will be?

    There’s been changes to Gmail that i havnt even got yet and its been over a year 
    some of my friends Gmail pages look totally different from mine i dont even have the new Google search bar so i doubt this change will effect everyone 

    no need to panic guys

    I also am experiencing the problem. Chrome 21.0.1180.89 m. Just updated Windows 7 with their emergency update (KB2744842).

    Yeah, just got hit with it this morning on my private gmail account.  It’s working fine for my Google Apps for Education work account though.  Not working on Firefox 15.0.1 nor Chrome 21.0.1180.83 m on Win 7 64-bit.

  • It’s not like I did not know what I had ’till it was gone, but, wow, Gmail looks dead primitive to me without ActiveInbox!! Can I have it back, pretty please?

    My entire business workflow is at a standstill. I wish I had been advised ahead of time that the possibility for this kind of shutdown existed. I had asked about whether risks existed in terms of data ever being lost–the reply was you had never lost anything and didn’t think that was a possibility. But there was no mention that the system is susceptible to complete shutdown in response to periodic gmail changes. I’m sure you’re working your a** off to take care of it, don’t doubt your intentions and energy, but this is killing me.

    Do let me know if you need my help.. I have an ‘Google Apps’ email address that’s not working whereas my regular Gmail’s fine..
